Neighbor is moving out...

My neighbor is moving out... Don't know who will be the next tenant. Hopefully, the owner will pick those tenant that will take care the environment and preserve our quiet environment.

Let's cross the finger and hopefully i got a good neighbor then... please don't give me a neighbor whom throw rubbish on the hallway and pollute the quiet environment...
