Charity Bachelor Auction @ Westin KL on July 20th 2008

There was a Charity Bachelor Auction @ Westin KL which raised more awareness and funds for Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA). This event was only open to women only... hehehe... it's a women only event :-p

Anyway, since there were looking for a third photographer and my buddy Matt has submitted my name to the organizer... I just an amateur and not a professional... since this was a Charity Event they don't mind me as the amateur photographer to help out. I was a little stress out the day before as this was my 1st time to take picture of the event... 

I arrived @ Westin KL when the 15 bachelors were having their rehersal... managed to capture few shots to test out... it didn't turn out to be good ... *sigh* As a result, i talked to the principle photographer and got some advice from him. After that i was a little bit more comfortable with the photo taking session.

All the ladies came in about 2pm and straight after 2pm the event started.

New Work Laptop...

Finally, I got a new work laptop and guess what brand is the Laptop? It has the model name Latitude D630C.... Anyone wanna to try to guess?

The beginning of the project....

For the past few days, 

• I was running from one meeting to another
  
• loading with so many ideas
  
• squeeze my brain juice to strategize the project kick off
  
• planning how to impress my future bosses :-p
  
• understand the expectation of the team
  
• socializing with the management --> Learning on drinking more alcohol that i used to drink.
  
• Eating unhealthy breakfast (oops hopefully McD will not sue me!) <-- anyway, this is from my personal perspective
  

I'm still in the uncomfortable zone... in fact this is the beginning of my new chapter with new project, new challenge... Challenges yet to come until i touch down @ Uganda. When i'm going to Uganda? Still waiting for the Green Light from Uganda.

Gotta rush for another team meeting now!... Catch up with you folks....  BTW, thanks for all of your support throughout my sad period... you're my greatest companion to overcome my roadblock. :->

Good Morning!

It's Monday morning ... My first working Monday. Woke up @ 6:30am... took me about an hour to get ready plus having my breakfast. Traffic was good this morning, smooth moving @ NKVE. I reached Subang @ about 8am which my meeting will only start at 9am.

I decided to pop over and sit in McD for more breakfast even though i had my usual health breakfast @ home i.e. fruits and a bowl of Oats. 

Gotta sign off and go for my meeting.... Ciao

It's a quiet Sunday...

After the Tuesday meeting with the DUKE Highway Project Director, we as the committee members have successfully raised the residents' concern regarding Working on Sunday. I was sipping my tea and enjoying the quietness of this Sunday. 

It's Saturday again.... Hurray!

After a busy week... it's Saturday again... :->

I'm going to have dinner with Simon tonight @ One U, then we will have Dark Knight after the meal... I have to keep up with my blog update which i have quite a backlog to clear...
