Golden Egg

Have you heard about the story of golden egg... I got this picture taken months back... This was a big and giant egg that i saw during a visit to a farm. I think you must thinking whose egg was this?...

Yup~ I know this is not a golden egg... its white in color... How i wish this is golden color and belongs to me... what would you do if you get a giant size golden egg as a gift from Santa?

Post Exam

Hurray... Finally i have finished my CSCP examination... I have been preparing for this examination since two months ago while waiting for my new job to come... Now have to go back to my job searching (this will be another topic by itself)... :p

Anyway, when the clock struck 6pm yesterday evening, it's gave me the relief as i finally done my CSCP exam... guess what? the exam is 4 hours long with 175 questions... i never took such a long hours exam with so many questions to answer... My brain juice got drained after the exam... I was so tired... Now, what i could do is to pray that i pass this examination and get certified... :p

What's coming up? What and when will be my next exam ... hehehe... end of first quarter of year 2010 or beginning of 2nd quarter... depends on how fast i could got myself prepared... :p

Oh! Stay tune with my Flashback year 2009... It's was a fun and enjoyable year for me... Till then i gotta hit the bed as i was too tired to write anymore...

Carrot + Jicama + crab meat + shrimps + dried cattlefish + dried tofu + etc ...

How this's made? errrrr... I really have no idea...

Okie, I have run through all the ingredients for the food that i wanna to share with all of you... Now let's proceed with the steps to produce the end product ...

1. Place the skin on the plate

2. Get some chilly Sauce and wipe it on the skin

3. Get a leaf of lettuce and swing it to get rid of the water

4. place the lettuce on top of the skin

5. Place the Smashed Peanuts, fried onion on the lettuce.

6. Place the Jicama with crab meat .... on top of the lettuce

7. Place some bean sprouts

8. Finally Get some Fujian dried seaweed on top...

tata... everything is in order

Now... it's time to wrap... Errrr... i forgot to take a picture of the end product (sorry!!! :$) as i was too excited and wallop the end product way before i remember to a picture of the wrapped Popiah...

Yup! It's Popiah the Hokkien's taco :p... It's my grandma recipe and it has inherited by my aunt before my grandmother passed away. Now, my cousin is learning... I gotta say it's so soooo soooo tasty... btw, I gotta taste this once a year only which is during the Chinese Memorial Day (ChingMing Festival).

Another 3 more weeks to Twenty Ten.. any of you have drafted your new year resolution? I knew Michi has done hers during our outing @ FRIM... Michi mind to share? As for me i haven't put some thought yet... I have been focusing on my study lately. The important date is approaching... So i have put on this sign for my resolution drafting work

After my exam, I will have a full reflect of 2009 and at the same time draft out my new years resolution of Twenty Ten... together with my strategic plan until Twenty Fifteen... hey i might need to include the mitigation plan on Twenty Twelve eh~ How to get on board the ship in China... Errrr.... Should I? hmmm... Maybe i should ask Grandma to read from his crystal ball before i draft my strategic plan...
