TZ diagnosed Dengue Fever... recovering!

I was paying the Hospital Kuala Kumpur for the 4th days since Saturdays. On the Monday visit, the doctor has diagnosed that I was having Dengue Fever. From the rashes, fever, the Blood count dropping. The doctor has confirmed that i was having Dengue Fever.

From the past 3 days result my PLT was dropped from 188 to 126 then as of yesterday my PLT has dropped to 119. But this morning the result has shown an improvement i.e. back up to 138. The doc was happy when she tell me the result. My body was feeling much more better this morning than yesterday. My swollen fingers and legs has slowly disappear as of one hour ago. Hopefully, the result for tomorrow will be even better.

Guess what? I was drinking 3 Litres of 100+ yesterday... now I still have to continue to drink it... I gotta go for a short nap as my energy is running low. Anyway, would like to thanks all my blog fans for sending the regards, my cousin SiYi, uncle and aunty for visiting 2 hours ago. My buddy, Sbanboy for giving me consultation on what i should taking care of. Thanks for all your support...

Paying a visit to Hospital Kuala Lumpur

I was looking forward to attend the Smashin' Gathering for Bloggers event @ the curve... At the end i was so sad as i have no choice to absent from the gathering... *sob sob*

I was having fever and rashes since Friday night... It was the first time i have the rashes and fever together. It was a serious one as my whole body is full of red patches. When i woke up this morning, the rashes were even worst and the fever is not getting off even i had the Panadol Soluable. I was upset as i would not be able to attend the event and yet my parent suggested me to pay a visit to Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL).

We were directed to the outpatient department for registration, taking all the readings etc. To my surprise, how much improvement that the hospital has done. The whole process from registration, taking readings, taking the blood test till seeing the doctor is less than 30mins. WoW! it's even faster than normal clinic... :-> But the pharmacy is a little bit slow... the maximum waiting time is 30mins but still i got my medicine less than 30mins :->

Now, I'm still not feeling very well... feeling dizzy and vomiting...

No Internet connection @ home

My home internet down again... *Sigh*

I think we have to boycott Streamyx and switch to its competitor. Within a month, this is the 2nd time the same issue happened. I was so pissed when talked to them as they still asking me to go through the check.

I told the helpdesk to check the previous report which is dated May 20th 2008. The same issue happened again after i restart my modem. The internet line hang this morning, as usual after all my troubleshooting, i restarted my modem to refresh the connection to Streamyx servers... Guess what? after the restart, the modem could not get the IP address and the ADSL line is unstable.

So my 1st step was to unplug all the splitter and connect the modem directly to the wall jack... but still not able to get the connection. Then that came to my last resort... calling Streamyx help desk... You know what? they asked me to go through the same steps that i have gone through. But this round the person was smart and he did not insist me to go through the recommended steps before he launched the report. I was given a report#. Few months back, there was one time, the help desk person insisted me to go through the steps even i had done it before calling them, she refused to launch a report if i didn't want to follow the procedure. I was so pissssseed and just scolded the person. At the end, the person has no choice but to launch a report. This is called service.... *Sigh* Now, they are much more smarter and just only asking some question to clarify.

Let's wait for maximum 2 working day... this is what they quoted me on their service level agreement. I'm in Plaza Damas Starbucks enjoying my Africa Kitamu. This round i ordered the cold instead of hot... If you happened to drop by Starbucks, try out the Africa Kitamu eh! It's different and nice...

New Apple iPhone - 3G included

Finally the new Apple iPhone 3G is out in US... and it's USD199 for 8GB and USD299 for 16GB. Anyone is traveling to US soon? Can help to get one ah :->

So what is the difference from the old iPhone?
* Apple claims that the new 3G connection will be roughly 2.8 times as fast as the Edge wireless connection on the original iPhone.
* The iPhone 3G will also feature support for GPS hardware, a curved all-plastic backing and a flush headphone jack rather than the recessed jack that limited accessory options with the original iPhone.
* Apple plans to drop the price on the 16GB iPhone 3G to $299, while the 8GB iPhone will cost $199, roughly one third of the price for the handset on its release last June.

Enlighten your Tuesday....

I belief all of us got pinch by the increasing of the petrol price... and just hope that your Monday blues has over and have a good start of your Tuesday morning. My frenz, Sherlyn just sent me some humorous cartoon regarding the petrol...

I like this cartoon... I think Malaysian government might need to modify the petrol kiosk to be able for us to key-in certain detail in order to fill up the petrol... will this be implemented after August?... LoL

Anyway, I hope u enjoy some of this cartoon... hahaha :->

Tiring Monday!

As usual, I have an appointment with my PT Isaiah for an hour PT session. My PT has planned a thorough workout on hitting my Chest, Bicep and Tricep.

We began with a treadmill run for about 10mins for warming up. Then, we started with the chest fly on fitball 10 lbs, 20 lbs and 25 lbs, chest fly on cable via Freemotion with 30KG, 40KG and 50KG. It was a nice workout on the chest, over my usual weight. The remaining workout was on Tricep and bicep... same goest to the tricep, started with 20KG, 30KG, 35KG. Meanwhile, for bicep we used 35KG, 30KG and lastly 20KG. Now i still feeling my soreness tricep, bicep and chest. The purpose of this workout plan was to shock my muscle. LoL... mission accomplished... muscle got shocked.
After the PT session, I decided to attend my Isaiah's RPM (cycling) class. The class was fun and he led us to workout with the Release 38. As usual we started with the warm up track (light and easy) followed by a few tracks to build up the heart rate and warm the muscle. The class ended with the Mountain track i.e. the high resistant track. 45 mins later, finally that's the end of the class with two final tracks of cool down. After the cool down, i decided to stay on for the next RPM class taught by Sharon, Fitness First Summit GXC.

I haven't been doing back to back RPM classes for quite some time. After the 2nd class, my leg muscle was so sore... and the energy level was low too.

As i have worked out thoroughly... i decided to pamper myself with KFC... yummy! I bought a dinner plate and enjoyed my KFC with a bottle of 100+. Please don't tell my PT Isaiah Kee eh!... otherwise i will suffer on Wednesday as he will plan another tougher workout session to burn what i have eaten on this Wednesday ... muhahaha :-p
