A soreness day!

Woke up at about 10am this morning, not a very good feeling... I just didn't feel like getting up from the bed.. just laying there until about 11:30am... unfortunately, i felt hungry... no choice but gotta woke up and took a shower... errrrr... what should i have for lunch?


A sunny Tuesday after the whole Monday rain like Cats and Dogs... but a soreness day for TZ... I felt my lower body was so sore and hardly could walk... Oouch! What had happened?.... hehehe... Remember I went for a date with BKT yesterday morning...  :p

Later, i hit the gym in FF-KBT. I was attending the bodyAttack class @ 11:40am. I belief the BodyAttack class really attack my well built leg muscle... sigh! I have not been attending classes like BodyAttack for a long time. For leg exercise, i usually workout with the RPM, Pilate and BodyPump which not a thorough leg exercise thought. I think this is the main reason that i was pushing myself too much in the yesterday class... But i did enjoy the class with Jason Yeoh @ Klang Bukit Tinggi ... *Two Thumbs and a pair of soreness leg up* 

Now, my calves, hamstring, hips and abs were so sore... there were all those muscle that i didn't workout regularly... so i think i need to hit BodyAttack class at least one week once to gain back my leg stamina :-p

Bengbeng: Thanks dude!... I'm not over do it but just seldom workout my leg... especially the calves :p

Usually i attend BodyStep then BodyJam then BodyCombat. Sometimes end with BodyAttack as well.

Chester: Dude, you have very good stamina... :-) My record were BodyPump --> RPM --> BodyBalance.

Yes, but not a fitness fanatic (like you?) Hehe. I only go twice a week - that's the only amount of time I can afford!
