On Changing Guard

I was visiting the capital city of Thailand few weeks back. While visiting the summer palace of King Rama. I have recorded a very interesting scenery which not happen every hour. I was lucky to see the process live from the palace.

Run TZ Run...

After my first run and gotten myself a finisher medal. I have signed up for another run which is this coming Sunday... Yup The NTV7 Feel Good Run. Am i running with the celebrities... errrrr... nope~ I'm going to run 7KM this round. 

After the first run, i tested my existing shoes and it's not very nice for the run. So i bought another shoes and it's code is 1080. So far, one person gotten it right... Congratulation to SK, but no prize eh~

Xjion mentioned this cost RM1080... hehehe... I won't buy if it's RM1080 :p Anyway, it's a very comfortable shoes, it should be worth the buy after the 20% discount. I tried it with it and ran on the treadmill last Sunday. It's better than my current shoes.

I will have my new shoes for the coming Feel Good Run... I hope i will not feel pain after the run with the new shoes :)

I bought a new running shoe on the weekend. Anyone know what is the brand of this shoe?

Health is degrading ...

I was having the healthy lifestyle until recently... My gym time got slash by 50% due to work. My sleep got slash by 50% too. And I have irregular sleep and i always felt tired for the past few months. Sometime i just have to skip the gym because i'm too tired. Why?

After i joining this new company, I have meetings in the morning, and early evening i.e. 8pm. And i need to work with Indian team which is 2.5 hours behind Malaysia timezone. The earliest time i can leave the office is 5pm. With the KL traffic and distance from my workplace to the gym nearest to my home so i could be able to attend the meting on time, it took around an hour to reach the gym. So i left 1 hour to workout, shower and rush back for meetings :( Anyway, not to say i need to work on some Saturday too. I have no choice but gave away almost 50% of my gym time. BTW, sometime i have to work late to accomplish some unplanned task just because some people doesn't plan probably. :(

Recently, i gotten a free blood test sponsored by my company.  The result has become a warning for me as i was categories into the unhealthy group... in fact some test result shown that i'm in the risky group :( So now, how should i go back to my healthy lifestyle... It's a challenge for me to make this happen given the situation right now.

Water disruption @ Klang Valley (Partially)

There will be a water disruption in 1/4 of the Klang Valley... mainly the suburban of Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya. The gym that i have been going i.e. Fitness First has text me regarding the water disruption.

RM0.00 Disruption of water supply at 5 Fitness First clubs: DU, MA, TC, 1MK, MML from 8am 22/6 - 8am 24/6. Home members r welcome to other FFClubs. Pls call respective club.

Fitness First has 12 outlets in Malaysia which 11 outlets are located in klang valley. Now 5 outlet will be impacted by the disruption of the water supply. Left 6 outlet which will jam pack especially FF @ Empire. I still not sure which outlet should i visit for my gym tomorrow. Maybe i should go to Klang Bukit Tinggi and after gym i can have BKT for dinner ;-)

Anyway, will decide tomorrow morning then.
For those who stay in the affected area, please do your preparation eh~

Mobility business

Portability, mobility and flexibility are what 21st century business looking for on selling their product and services. Recently, you might see lots of  mobile van selling food and drinks in the corner of the street in Kuala Lumpur... But there is one mobility business which will NEVER appear in Kuala Lumpur.

Do you know how to do bar juggling?

Do you know how to make a nice cocktails? Are you an experience bartender? Do you have your own signature drinks? If yes, you may wanna to venture to this mobility business. What business is that?

Recently, when i visited Bangkok, Thailand. I came across a very unique business which i saw almost every corner of streets in this big city.

Have you seen this mobility bar @ any other cities in the world? I have visited so many cities but this is my first time i came across  this kind of bar.

Did you see the bartender?

This mobility bar is equipped with attractive lighting and music together with a few comfortable bar chairs.... Basically, it tags along the with the stall that sell food by the street.

Unfortunately, this business concept will NOT work in our lovely country Malaysia. Why? If you remember the case which selling alcohol @ 7 eleven, the lovely government has politicalize and made  a big hoo haa on it... So, how can they allowed the mobility bar to appear in the street of Kuala Lumpur?

Anyway, if you happen to visit Bangkok, Thailand. Do not miss to pay a visit of one of these mobility bar eh~

On feeding the CAT in Menam Chao Phraya

We hired a boat for 1500 Batt to tour the most important river in Bangkok, the Menam Chao Phraya. There are so many nice scenery during the tour... but the most exciting for the whole trip is feeding the CAT in the river :p

I was having a 8 days vacation in the land of smile - Thailand. I left KL for Bangkok on June 2nd... The flight took around 2 hours 10 mins.

Before 15 mins to landing... we have already on the top of delta Menam Chao phraya.

The flight continued to move forward and the scenery turned from the Paddy Field to the high density city scene... This city named Krung Thep Maha Nakhon Slowly we could see the skyscrapers which is like some matches boxes.

So anyone of you know how big is the Bangkok? According to Wikipedia records... Bangkok is about  7,761.50 km²

We touched down after flown by city of Bangkok. Once we completed the immigration clearance and headed to grab a taxi to our hotel @ downtown. 

We were welcomed by the well known Bangkok jam...

In regardless of the jam, i was enjoying taking pictures of the city and there is one building that drawn my attention... 

This is the tallest building in Bangkok : The Baiyoke Tower (85 floors). This building structure looks like the US bank Tower in Los Angeles USA.

Anyway, we settled our accommodation and headed out for food @ Siam Paragon.

Can anyone tell me what happen in Malaysia? Its has been two days back to back party in the city of angel bangkok. It's a nice place to party and get wasted. Anyway? I'm enjoying myself in Bangkok. Will be going to pattaya this morning. Until then... Ciao

On drinking cheap long island tea...

Guess how much is one long island tea in Bangkok? Oh it's cheap it's really cheap as I drank one in Malaysia acrually I could drink 4 in bangkok. It's around rm11.2 Malaysia ringgit. :) basically can get waster here with lower expenses.
