Mickey Mouse Fair : Who fault if accident happened?

Continue with the M.I.C.K.E.Y M.O.U.S.E post... 

The parent was as excited as the children and they were cam whoring their children... they were too excited and forgo all the safety of the children. They don't care about the organizer arrangement of the exhibited Mickey Mouse Statues... The brought their children and crossed over the barrier set by the organizer. So now the question is... 

WHAT IF THE MICKEY MOUSE STATUE SUDDENLY COLLAPSE ON THE CHILDREN. WHO SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE or WHOSE FAULT?

Obviously, the parent will push the responsibility to the organizer, blaming them did not setup in a safely manner... but first of all did the parent look at what they have done i.e. carried their children onto the platform where the Mickey Mouse Statue stands and cam whoring all the way... 

Did you see a boy standing on the platform as the mickey mouse statue?
The boy actually cannot climb up to the platform without the parents help... 

Here are another one more from the top view, we could clearly see the irresponsible parent and a responsible parents... the responsible parent only allow their children stand in front of the barrier for cam whoring... let's look at the lady with the two children on the platform...

the children were sitting under the statues...
Do you notice how dangerous this mom has performed?

So, now whose fault if accident did happened? The neglected parents or the organizers?
