Fun, Relax and Adventurous journey to Penang

I left for Penang at about 3pm.... picked up my colleague from Burger King @ Desa Sri Hartamas... then we hit the road. It was pouring rain and i got myself wet after standing out from the car to say hello to my colleague's boyfriend.

Yes! I'm traveling with a pretty lady (my colleague) yesterday. It was a fun and relax journey despite of the pouring rain. I drove a lot slower than my usual speed, just to make sure that we were safe and alerted in case of any emergency during the heavy rain. It was not a fun driving under the heavy rain condition... All Malaysian, you should get what i meant... unfortunately for those whom stay in the desert (i.e. Arizona)... i hope you could imagine... if you couldn't imagine... Make a trip down to Malaysia. I will bring you to experience driving in heavy rain... hehehe... :-p

Anyway, we chat about lots of things during the 4 hours drive. From office to personal, back to politic/government and both of our future (not together lah... she is talking about future with her boyfriend, and me...) too. I never shared so much with any of my colleague... hopefully she will not use this to go against me in the future... anyway, i trusted her that she will not do it. When talked about my ex-gf... I was a little hesistate to mention who is my ex-gf... as you know my ex-gf was working in the same company as me... but she had left the company few months ago. This colleague of mine do not know my ex-gf. Anyway, it was a past event for about a year, me and my ex-gf broke out last July... just celebrate 1 year anniversary to be bachelor... Yuppie! :-p

Ok! Let's stop blogging about my ex-gf. It's dinner time and we ended up stopping at SOHO, a nice restaurant @ Auto-city. I had steak and my favor drink - Long Island Tea... :-> Then, we continue chatting and way passed our initial plan time to hang around there. It was quite a nice evening with a person that I could talk on and on with so many different topic... Hey! Is there any indication that i need a gf? If she is not attached, i don't mind giving it a try... :-p

I sent her back to her Condo and i checked into the nice hotel @ gurney drive. Took a nice hot shower, check some mail and hit the bed.

Penang here i come again ...

I'm leaving for Penang again for another week of business trip. I will be driving to Penang 3pm today. My colleague will be following me back to Penang and she just confirmed with me a moment ago.

I need to pack my stuff rite now as i have not even started my packing ... :-p

New stuff for myself

I walked around Midvalley after staying in Starbucks for hours. I like to explore new technology. As i walked over to the 3rd floor, I saw an Apple authorize store MACHINE... yuppie! i would be able to see new product from Apple (I'm an Apple Fans). They are promoting the Apple TV and it has lots of cool feature but unfortunately i'm not impress with their storage. They could only store up to 40GB... which is quite small. Anyway, this is the 1st version of Apple TV. The 2nd version come with 160GB but not in Malaysia yet. Check it out in MACHINE @ MidValley. I'm looking forward to the iPHONE... how about you? Are you into Apple product too?

It was a lucky day for me as i finally found the car accessary that i have been looking around in Malaysia. Yea! I would be able to drive to Penang this afternoon with non-stop music that i like... I just uploaded 20 new songs to my iPOD last night.
Pick up my Mom from her friends place and headed to my aunt's place for dinner. After the dinner, we went to IKANO. Guess what? I shopped again and bought myself a pair of nice and comfortable CROCS ... cool eh! I always wanted to have a chnage as I never like slipper since young. So normally i will wear shoes to go out with my friends. When i tried on this pair of CROCS yesterday, I had decided to buy it because it was so comfortable... :-p
Anyway, i also bought another singlet for my gym session, it is a tight one which could show off a little *my face turn red - embarrass* Anyway, my PT keeps encouraging me to try and wear some tight singlet... so i kind of trying out ... hehehe... after all, i have been working out for quite sometime and it's for me to show off *wink* :-p

Lazy Saturday... Hanging out @ Starbucks

It's Saturday again... Mom went to Seremban with friends to have an art/painting exhibition there. I was at my parent house waiting for the gardener to cut the glass and beautified the garden... :->

I don't have any plan, maybe will sit in Starbuck for the rest of my day to wait for my mom to come back from Seremban this afternoon. Need to pick her up from her friends house. Still not sure what time they would be back.

I planning to go for BodyAttack class at 1545 @ Fitness First - SPK. Jackson's class. I attended his class once ... it was a good and motivated class. I got this video about latest release on BodyAttack from YouTube...



I'm @ Starbucks Midvalley now. What are you going to do in Starbucks? Surfing and Checking out! These are the common things to do lah! What else? I just wondered why the starbucks over here is so noisy... the whole starbucks is like hawker center. Noise.. Noise and Noise... :-( Fortunately i brought along my headphone that i could listen to some nice music myself :-)

Despite the noise, the environment is very happening with lots of pretty lady and handsome/cute guys walking in and out for coffee... All the tables have been taken... :-> Anyone wanna to share a table with me? hehehe... One chair just gone and a huge size guy actually asking for that chair... fortunately he is not going to share a table with me ... hehehe... I'm so bad :-p

Half an hour later, my another chair gone... left only one chair which my beg is sitting on it... Aiya... i could not share table with others already... :-( Anyway, i also not intend to .... hehehe... Let's see anyone come and get the last chair that i have :-p

A boring and slow moving Friday...

I was so bored and feeling sleepy as i have a heavy lunch with my ex-colleagues today. The weather so hot and i don't feel good! ... Anyway, it's Friday and tomorrow there will be no work for me. What should i do on Friday :->

There is a Rainforest World Music Gathering @ Laundry bar... I'm so disappointed as all my friends do not have interest to pay a visit. So I decided to call my plan off... :-( All my friends have their own program. I will continue with my PT session @ 8pm and maybe heading to the curve later to get see how it's goes... :-)

What a boring Friday night ... anyone wanna to meet up in Laundry bar for the Rainforest World Music? :-)

Introduce RedFM into my daily life ...

I started my driving to office this morning but tuning on to the FlyFM. FlyFM has been my travel companion from my condo @ downtown KL to my office @ Cyberjaya. Average i spent about 2 hours per day of travelling from home --> office --> home. Sometime more time i spent on the road... Radio station is a must for me.

This morning i kind of fade up with my usual FlyFM as they kept repeating the same old song from morning to nite and nite to morning... ah! boring .... :-( So, i tune and check out a non program station on my car radio. I came to 104.9 and the DJ was announcing that the radio station 104.9 RedFM... It has been quite a while i did not listen to RedFM. So i gave it a try... guess what? The morning session was a judgement day morning... it was funny to hear a lot of text from different part of Malaysia to confess what they had done to others which bringing a bad. This station is very lively with the DJ WillQuah and Tim.

BTW, i also like the song Will played... it was a mix of latest and some lists was actually consider quite old. From next week onwards, i will stick to RedFM 104.9. Try it out! hehehe.... :-p

Day off - clearing the outstanding

I took a day off to settle my personal matter ... boss i'm not going for interview unfortunately... :-> Anyway, just to settle all the outstanding items before i leave for Penang this Weekend.

Although it is my off day today but i was still required to attend meeting from home. I woke up about 7am in the morning and dial into the conference with all the Virtual sites from around the world. What a day. I thot US is off for July 4th 2007 and it should be an independent day from a meeting day. But it was not the case :-( so, my meeting ended around 9am and i took a nap until 11 something and took a shower. Then my gym buddy Musa text me for lunch today. i drove to Citibank and met him there, we went for Chi-Ku-Teh... it was nice and it's nicer than the Bak-Kut-Teh (BKT) @ New Zealand near Evergreen hotel Penang. The BKT in Penang suck and does not taste like BKT... just wondered how it got the famous BKT in Penang... :-o Penangite, can u update me of the latest nice BKT place in Penang... I'm going to Penang this weekend :->

Anyway, after lunch i went back home and grab my gym beg and headed to The curve to meet my insurance agent. We chat in Starbuck roughly about an hour+. i headed to FF-The Curve for my workout. Guess whose class i attended today? I attended two classes i.e. BodyCombat and RPM.

Jason was the instructor for BodyCombat and he is good in motivating his participants to workout hard in the class. He shouted and shouted together with all the participants; jumpped and fight. Unfortunately this is my 2nd class of BodyCombat... I still don't feel comfortable to jump too much. Anyway, it was a great workout with Jason, now i understand why Jason class is full usually. I sweat a lot and not to mention i wore white today (wrong choice)... so you could imagine how naked i felt after i sweat in my white sleeveless shirt... :-p

It get even wet after the RPM, my whole shirt like soaked with water. i still workout my chest and back at the free motion machine for about 1/2 hour and started cooling down for a while then hit the shower. i was so hungry. BTW, there was an event in Laundry tonite and i checked out with the waiter. According to the waiter. The bar is going to have the Fly FM event... unfortunately it will only start on 10pm. Otherwise i will just hang out for a while and get a sip of my favor drink before heading home for dinner ... :-) anyone could get a guess what is my favor drink?

That's my day! Mission accomplished as i complete all the planned items... that's my profession you know! Project Manager :-p
