Huh? You haven't been to Hong Kong...

What so surprise I haven't been to Hong Kong...

During the brunch on last Sunday with four friends, we were talking about the up coming Hong Kong Trip in end of Oct. Four friends of mine have a very surprise facial expression when they heard me said "I haven't been to Hong Kong"

Picture adapted from http://ohnotheydidnt.livejournal.com/49450149.html

4 friends: Huh? You haven't been to Hong Kong
Me: Yup, I haven't been to Hong Kong, but I have been to Hong Kong International Airport for many times, transiting to US. How's Hong Kong?
friend: You will like it but bare in mind, you might feel catastrophic because of many peoples squeeze into a small cubic of land and full of tall buildings too.
Me: Is it like Tokyo? *I been to Tokyo and found it very systematic, not an issue for me*
friend: Not really, not so systematic too. With the PRC, Hong Kong might be even messy now.
Me: Oops~
friend: You will see when you are there...
Me: Hope my exam schedule will not clash.
friends: *everyone silent for a few seconds* Sigh~

I'm looking forward for the Hong Kong trip but unfortunately i was stuck with not able to buy ticket due to my exam schedule yet to be confirmed. So now just have to wait for the confirmation, so i could grab the air ticket and leave for Hong Kong....

Dear coordinate, please CONFIRM my exam schedule eh~. Thank you!!~

TZ @ ambiguous period...

Reorganization, Restructuring, Re-mapping resources... are very common terminology in Multinational Companies. The more the workforce turns into global, the more political issues arose.  Due to the saving storm, most of the companies will keep restructuring and reorganizing until they reach the target or stay within the cost.

Guess what? I'm going to report to a different manager again after the restructuring of my team. Hurray~ This will be my 4th boss within 2.5 years with the company. Is it good or bad to me? Hmm... I think good is we get to have fresh start whenever there is a change but... Bad is obviously we need to re-adjust ourselves to new expectation from different boss. Style change again eh~. Sigh!

Anyway, whenever there is a restructuring/reorganizing... there will be an ambiguous period within the team. Lots of rumors are wondering around too. This colleague is going to resign, that colleague is looking for a better position outside the team (i.e. internal transfer). blah blah blah... So how true is that?

TZ is in the ambiguous period as he forced to leave the good manager whom he is reporting and could easily work well with . Now he has to start all over again to work out the expectation with the new boss... Good or bad?
when to say; where to start; what to expect; how to action; why?
LoL... this no longer on figuring where to visit shown in the picture above. It is the period on getting the 4W and 1H answered and plan out the right career path... :p

Change is on the way...

When a project goes into a sustaining mode... there's when the time a project manager has to move on. Guess what? My project finally moved into sustaining mode. So i have to move on. Today is my last day of handling my current project... I have transitioned myself out from the project...

For the past few weeks i was busy searching for a new group with the new project. Finally i gotten a new project which is more interesting than what i had before... The new project is mainly dealing with process improvement and interact with the business up to 90% of my project time. The main objective of the project is to handle the process re-engineering and recommend the automation solution to the customers. Understand the business, help business to improve their process with automation... This is the kind of job that I prefer rather than talking to another group of people whom are project/program managers to provide the services.

Anyway, i'm excited to kick start my new project in June. Hopefully the new project can bring me to Europe and US on business trip eh~ :p

Baby Nikon D70
I once owned a baby and his name is Baby Nikon D70 or i should say i still owned him but his dying... Last Wednesday, I sent my Baby Nikon D70 together with his Nikkor 18-200mm lens to the hospital after i found out his infected with Viral / Fangus :(

Guess what? Two days later i received a call from the hospital and the doctors told me that they need around RM3500 to have a surgery on my Baby Nikon D70 in order to cure him. RM3500 to cure him, so I have no choice but make a decision to put him to sleep... What a sad day?

Matta Fair Twenty Ten

I went to Matta Fair Twenty Ten this morning... Wanted to get a nice vacation package out of Malaysia... Destination: Vietnam. Why i choose Vietnam? Coz i have free accommodation in Ho Chi Ming city... my brother in law and sis are staying there at this moment. I'm looking for a Six to Seven days trip @ Sept 2010 during the Raya time.

But ended up i din buy any package for this as i couldn't confirm whether my sis will be back during the Raya time. Moreover, i don't know whether i would be switching job or not... *sob sob*

So, i bet many of you just wonder how's the package offer... Errrr... it's not as good as few years back when i bought my trip to Bali. Everything seems like so soooo sooooo expensive. There was so crowded and we couldn't even approached some of the desk for info.

Hiccup #1: There were no signboard to direct us to ticketing counter before going into the exhibition hall. So we went up straight and later we have to go down again to get the ticket... &%$$%$###$% to the organizer. Not only us, a lot of people only realized when they approached the entrance.

Hiccup #2: All the credit card sales person are so aggressive... They were approaching like a bee. hehehe... maybe I was projected as the potential customers to them... So many of them approached me to ask for signing up their credit card... Is it good or bad?

Hiccup #3: The place that sell food was so pack until we decided not to have any food and just got ourselves out from the place... We were so hungry at the time... No one dare to come near me ... "A hungry man is an angry man"

Hiccup #4: Basically, you would bump into so many friends that you knew in this travel fair... so if you don't wanna people to know you are going anywhere, please don't go to this place.

Hiccup #5: One unique encountered... the human traffic jam as some of the inconsiderate people just jammed up the place by discussing their great travel plan in the middle of the hall way... Imagine everyone just stuck in between... And you need to shout "EXCUSE ME!" or just gave them a BIG push... which ever works... which one is better? It's up to your choice!

Anyway, all i got from the Matta Fair today was a 2D/1N Port Dickson Eagle Ranch stay with all the sport activities included... I'm going to have a horse riding soon... Hopefully this package will be a nice package.

If you do visit the Matta Fair... what do you think about this year fair?

TZ is in Penang

TZ is in Penang now. For what purpose? Nope not for vacation, not for searching food to eat, not for visiting relative and friends... So what is TZ doing in Penang?

Hehehe... this trip to Penang is to attend CSCP pre-examination course. As i mentioned earlier, my CSCP exam is coming on this December 12th 2009. My lecturer has offered me a free course on CSCP pre-exam course. Unfortunately, the course is not in Kuala Lumpur but it's in Penang. Since i have place to stay in Penang... my aunty place. I just accepted the offer immediately on two Sunday ago. I left KL on Sunday evening... missed Anton's cooking on Sunday night gathering ... Sigh~

How's the course? It's a nice preparation course. Very organized, step by step... Hopefully this will help me more on my study for CSCP certification on this coming December 12th 2009. Anyway, gotta hit the bed now. Need to go to class tomorrow. Ciao...

AH1N1 - 56 death cases in Malaysia (Aug 14th 2009 - 8am)

The figure 56 has triggered me to think what has gone wrong in Malaysia. The reported cases has raised  over 20% which most of the country still maintain @ 10% ++ .... what i meant is the cases of H1N1 infected against the death cases... Is the citizen of Malaysia ignore on how serious is AH1N1? Or Malaysian lack of the knowledge to prevent the outbreak of AH1N1? I don't think the Malaysian were lack of the knowledge... So, what is the root cause?... What do you think?

I was a bit upset to see the death toll getting more and more... moreover, i did not see the government doing a drastic action to stop the outbreak... they still go with their own sweet pace... hey... please get some good solution to stop the death toll raising... Learnt from how Hong Kong and Singapore...

I did see some people start using the masks to cover their own... But still see someone who was sick roaming around the city... Is this a right way to do? For those who not feeling well... please DO NOT go out... stay @ home and got yourself quarantine...

Lots of question asking whether school need to be closed... What do you think?

Hurts

Ouch! that's the expression of hurts... How deep is the hurts to a particular person is where how a person could take it...

Does a Decision hurts?
Does a Truth hurts?
Does a relationship hurts?
Does a friendship hurts?
Does an action hurts?
Does Waiting hurts?
Does a sad song hurts?
Does a sweet memory hurts?
Does an injury hurts?
Does trust hurts?

I know i have made a decision which i had hurt one of my good friend out there... I know it's very hurtful and i'm glad this friend of mine is so understanding. I know the truth is so hurting and i just wanna to apologize that i hurt you... it takes time to heal the hurt and i hope we could still be friend and would like to walk together to heal your hurts.

I was shopping for male and female converter for my MacBook to my flat screen TV... it's a tough time to shop for this converter... hehehe, i myself have confused which one is male in my TV and which one is Female... Now, I know my MacBook is male and I need the Mini DVI female to match with my Macbook. :)

An Important decision is coming ...

There will be an important decision and it's coming... I could not and will not blog about this over here now, maybe later... Definitely not my wedding... :-p
