Hi Tz,great blog u have going on here.Been enthralled in here reading for the past 3-4hrs,im just a bit ull know how i found the blog.Well,I am Ugandan doing uni in MMU Cyber-finishing this year, and so passionate abt the gym-weight and fitness training..so just randomly,i decided to "Google" images for gyms in Uganda and somehow i ended up in ur blog.Your time in Uganda was interesting, pity you could go back for the 20months,as i read on i found therez so much we share in common,i,e looking up to challenges, working out, love for beaches and holiday(P.S Im booked for thailand holiday in phi phi and Koh Tao in Octber-so im counting down as well, just like you were)..Itd be interesting to meet up or go workout in the gym together sometime and share our diff experiences of you in Uganda and myself in Malayisa.

Simon: I like the unspoiled mother nature of Uganda. The tomatoes tastes like tomatoes... Yam taste like Yam... Not like the yam in Malaysia. It's not as good as when i was young. BTW, the friendliest of the Ugandan made me missed the country.

I know the feeling, the food in the Uganda "kampungs" is even better and more natural than the Kampala food..and its true Ugandans are very very welcoming and friendly, they make "bazungu"like u feel very welcome..u dont find such friendliness in the more developed countries..hope ur enjoying ur vacation...
