Doing Business while having Business Meeting
So nowadays, working from home is another trend for most IT companies. As long as the work done, the company and boss will not bother what you are doing. So to be creative to save some time. A colleagues of mine just do his business while attending the business meeting. Before i proceed, just wanna to do a check here. What would you thinking when you see this title?
Thanks to the technology of wireless on phone and connection. Basically you can do meeting anywhere and everywhere. So while you are doing your business, you could attend the business meeting. "Doing Business" in this case means that you are having a dump... :p Why i think of this? I have a ex-colleagues who always attend the business meeting in the toilet and one day he forgot to mute. During the meeting, he flushed the toilet after done his dump. The flushing sound came into the meeting, the whole meeting stopped and everyone just kept quiet. Follow by the laughed. What a embarrased moment for him eventhough we could not see his facial expression and his naked body *wink*
Another colleague of mine wishes to have a water proof telephone so that he could take a shower while attending the business meeting... I could not figure how to take a shower while having meeting. Can someone please paint the scenario :p
So what would you think? Will you have your business meeting while you are doing your own business?

Snooping on an interesting interview
March 20th 2010 13:00 : I am sitting in a coffee place having my lunch at the same time writing this entry... In parallel, there is an interviewing going on the next table. I am snooping into their conversation because it's very interesting. I'm analyzing and observing how the interview going on... Hmmm... I have the feeling the interviewee might not get this job... She is very calm but she just don't have the correct mindset or she's too direct/honest.
- She complained about her colleagues.
- She complained about her current boss and claimed that her boss is married without children due to too focus on his job.
- She kept stress on she wanted the work life balance. Her most top priority is family.
- She said that the current company sucks because of too many paper work. she was grounded in the office.
- She could not stand the stress within her workplace.
- She stressed on her preference for not wanted to travel that much due to family... How could a sales person not traveling. Tell me a good method to close a deal without travel. Anyone?
- She said that she handle P&L but she could not recall what is the main elements in the P&L. Surprisingly she was explaining to the interviewer now.

Meeting New team member @ Tony Romas
I was having late lunch @ Tony Romas Cineleisure today... It was a nice environment and i was sitting @ my usual spot ... the spot that i can see everyone and everyone can see me... I had became the model of day for Tony Roma's @ Cineleisure (The Curve).... :-) muhahahah.... free of charge! ;-p
I was reading my mail after my lunch, my new team members called me and wanted to arranged a short meeting with me regarding the project. So, i suggested him to meet me @ Tony Roma's Cineleisure. When he arrived, he was surprised that the place was nicely done and i had a cosy corner by myself which is good for discussion. We chat a bit and started our discussion about the project... After today discussion, I found that Tony Roma's is a better place for having business discussion than Starbucks... quiet, secluded corners which is not as pack as starbucks.
