Vision Pilates ... A sneak preview
I was glad to be invited by my pilates instructor, Ginny to help her to snap some pictures of her newly opened Vision Pilates Studio @ Jaya One, Petaling Jaya. I took these picture last Saturday... wanna to provide you a preview on this new and high tech Pilates studio with latest pilates equipments in Malaysia.

hehehe... just don't ask me how to use the pilates equipments. I attended Pilates almost every Saturday but i only using Fitball and mats... I'm so impress with various equipments and looking forward to give all them a try :)

ooo.. i tired pilates once and feel like dying ... really salute those who join the class... too difficult for me la to do the pose and hold for so long...
i better stick to my bodyroll and shaking ass la...LOL
