Photographing @ Genting Highland
Last Wednesday, I was having a photographing session in Genting Highland with Chester. Why we choose Genting? Reason being it has been 8 years, i haven't stepped into Genting... it's time for me to see Genting after 8 years.
Chester and I parked our car @ 1 U, we hopped on to the Genting highland shuttle from 1 U to the Skyway station. It costs us RM8.50 one way including the skyway transfer... It's value for money. Imagine a Rapid KL already cost RM2.00. This bus journey was only RM3.50 and it brought us until Skyway Station @ Genting Highland.
Once we reached the skyway station, we hopped on to the skyway cable car... there's where we began our photo shooting ... I got roughly about 200+ shots for that day itself...
Some random shots indoors too in the First World Plaza...
A young man and the advertisement
Statue of Liberty goes wild
Bowling anyone ?
SnowWorld in Genting ... cool
Man made Canal within the building
Later we moved out to the outdoor shots ... mostly targeted on flower and some outdoor scenery picture.
First World Hotel
Splashing @ Outdoor Theme Park
Buddhist Temple
That's it folks ... more picture are available @ TZ photo with the Genting Highland tagged

Ah... Genting, haven't been there in ages. :) So you guys just went there solely for a photography session huh? :)
You parked your car whole day in 1Utama, how much does it cost? It's really cheap to take the Genting shuttle and so convenient since it connects Skyway and 1Utama. Next time, I no need to drive up there. Save my petrol money!! Btw, nice photos! So did you drop by Genting Starbucks? : )
200 pixs is a lot and I bet it was like good orgasm when you finished clicking whole day. LOL
I love the cable car rides but my tour guide pal warned me the unreported news of the cable cars falling off several times. Didn't you see a few "empty' space with just their hooks dangling. It could have been suicide act for gamblers who lost heavily. LOL
Sam: Just take pictures... what else can we do in Genting ... Go into Casino... errrr... I'm not interested, go to theme part with my camera ... errrrr... not a good idea. So we ended up sitting @ Starbucks sipping coffee.
FoongPC: hehehe... dude, what do you think? TZ sure went to Starbucks ... how can i missed to sit @ Starbucks and mark my 51th outlet ... kakaka. BTW, the carpark @ 1 U is RM1.00 per entry for outdoor... Indoor is RM1 for first 6 hours and RM1 for subsequent 1/2.
Twilight Zone: I don't get orgasm in this photosession... the weather was not so stable ... the cloud / fog came and go... so some of the picture was not good ... *Sob Sob*... Errrrr.... it's a bit scary with riding the skyway... I saw one Skyway was placing two corns stated under maintenance ... when it passed by ours... suddenly it was so windy and i felt so cold ... errrrrr..... :p
the pics are worth the effort. Genting will b my next destination.
Bengbeng: Thanks! Will go Genting on your next trip.
Nice, i like the Buddhist temple shot! Been quite a long time i have nvr been to Genting already.
Pikey: Dude, I still like the old Genting when i was still a kid... nowadays the air quality of Genting is very very polluted.
Ah, memories. Nice one, thumbs up. Loled at the statue of liberty (indeed).
Polluted? How is it polluted? I thought Genting no factory or something? o.O
Genting also got man-made canal!?? But no match to the Venetian one...
JL: Thanks dude!... I'm using the iPhone @ Macbook to do the old and antique color of the Statue of Liberty going crazy... kakaka. Genting has no factory but the building was built in the way of trapping all those CO2 from the cars... sigh! sigh! sigh!... Moreover, people just don't care and smoke everywhere...
Khengsiong: Yes... the man made canal is located in First world plaza... of coz ... the Venetian in Las Vegas is so huge and nice ... moreover there is real people paddle insteal of a dummy in Genting ... kakaka :)
Haha! I can almost bet you go Starbucks! You are such a Starbucks rat! So you parked indoors or outdoors at 1Utama?
