On looking @ Memorable and valuable photos ...

I was visiting my aunt with my parent this morning since my aunt was not celebrated Chinese New Year in Penang together with rest of my uncles and aunties.

We reached my cousin's place @ about 10am... we greeted each other... got angpow from my cousin and aunt. Then we were chatting in the living room... I was playing with gigi the doggie :)

My aunt was talking about lots of past memory and you know those aunty's story... but it was interesting story... my aunt was showing us few memorable photos taken long time ago ... about half a century ago :p

My grandparents' wedding

Grand uncle and aunt's wedding

Dad's siblings

My nephew will try to scan all other pictures to the computer and later i will get a copy of all the memorable and valuable pictures. For my own copy at this moment, I took a snapshot with my Canon Powershot A520 and used the iPhoto to make it more presentable but still not very nice.

Meanwhile, my cousin has prepared for us some simple and yummy lunch... we had our lunch with uncle and aunt while my another cousin arrived with her boyfriend. Today was the first day i met her boyfriend ... went through some introduction :)

We chat a bit after lunch and left my cousin's place at about 1pm...

Nice. I always love to see all those old time photos. It's very interesting to know what my grandparents or parents were doing at that time.

Uncle,

I am in HKIA now waiting on my next flight to LA. Anyway, i have seen that picture long time ago. I was afraid that is will be lost in the process of moving my grandparents stuffs to KL. I was glad to found them and brought them back to KL last Friday. A lot of memories. I will remind Henry to scan them and email the old photos to you. If you ahve time, you can go visit my grandma and ask her to show you her old photo collections - if you are interested - photos like the big flood that used to happen in KK.
