Assignment! Assignment! Assignment!

Time flies... my 1st semester is going to end. How many semesters left? 5 Semesters to go... cool eh~

Rolled back to the time when you are in school... do you still remember when is the busiest moment? hehehe... 2 weeks before the final exam; because of assignments usually due 1 to 2 weeks before final. We should start the assignment as early as possible but ... we tensed to be lazy and only start when time approach to the due date.  Last minutes job...

I was busy with my assignment last week and next week... How about CNY... Hmmmm... for a married but available guy, there will not be any CNY. Is this true? - According to my senior. Sad right?

For me, CNY is just another holiday to catch up or relax. This year i will be doing my assignment during the CNY and luckily i was not celebrating my CNY in Penang. Instead i will be leaving for Vietnam. More time for me to sit down and complete my assignment.

Now i wanted to fast forward to look at after 5 Semesters... Hurray~ No more assignment. I can relax and gotten the married but available status.

Hey~ wake up TZ!!! too early to dream... you still have 1.5 years eh~

OOPS~ LoL

A learner experience

I  was on my way to the office one morning and got this interesting scene snapshot.

If you notice in the picture, some driver has violated the law... So, what has the driving school instructor told the learner?

1Malaysia Hostel

Our lovely government is planning to build 1Malaysia Hostel to encourage unity among all ethnic to stay together and be unity. Will this concept work?

What would you think about the concept of 1Malaysia Hostel? I could not imagine how the concept is because i never stay in hostel during my life. When i was in University, my university did not have any hostel, we need to stay outside the campus.. btw, as all of you knew i was studied in Canada... they didn't have 1Canada Hostel too... according to my friends whom stayed in the hostel, you may choose your own roomie... blek~

Okie. Back to the 1Malaysia Hostel concept, i belief some of you are currently staying in the hostel or previously did stay in the hostel in Malaysia... what would your comment about 1Malaysia Hostel? Do you think it will work when our lovely government force the ethnic which came from different background, culture and religious to stay together in one roof? And asked the student to accommodate each other from various perspective... will this really work? I bet our lovely government really have to consider what is the impact of this concept. Please do not execute this concept until you have don't your research...

Anyway, don't put me wrong... i'm not against the 1Malaysia Hostel concept but i would like to trigger a discussion and look from the different angle and perspective of people that has experienced the hostel life in Malaysia. This would help all of us to further understand the 1Malaysia Hostel concept... Do place your comment eh~ Let's have a nice discussion on this 1Malaysia Hostel concept.

First Weekend of 2008...

Friday
I got off work at about 5:15pm and straighaway headed to downtown KL via KL-Putrajaya Highway. It took me 30 mins to reach the ramp to KLCC. But after the ramp down to Jalan Tun Razak, the jam started. Took me about 30 mins to reach SPK with the worst jam @ Jalan Pinang i.e. the road behind SPK.

Anyway, I managed to reach Fitness First @ SPK 15mins before the class starts. Attended RPM by Michelle. Her class was very motivated and we worked extra hard as she was pushing us from track to another track. What a satisfied and enjoyable class i had. After the RPM, I straightaway hit the Bodypump class @ the main studio. Kento was the instructor for the bodypump class on Friday. He is a very tough guy and he likes all challenging tracks, so does his participant i.e. Friday SPK class... i was suffer as i add on more weights for all the tracks, but i managed to finish all the track as expected... :-p What a tough class especially after RPM.

Saturday
I skipped my 2 hours pilate class to go for my haircut. Made an appointment earlier with my hairstylist that morning... and headed to the hairstylist place @ about 1pm. My dad kept encouraging me to change the hairstylist because he felt that my hairstylist has overcharged me... i didn't feel like a change now. Anyway, it was so crowded. I have to wait for nearly 1.5 hrs for my turn even i had made an appointment... :-( By the time i finished, it was already 5pm. Rushing back to take a shower and headed to Subang Sheraton for Wedding Dinner.

My mom's friend has invited mom and dad to attend her daugther's wedding dinner. Since my dad's friend also invited him for a wedding dinner at the same night and mom has RSVP two person will attend the wedding. I gotta to represent my dad to attend the wedding dinner with my mom. The wedding was quite fun as lots of chatting with my mom's friends and met quite a number of artists... but what i was not very keen was i got the standard question again and again from my mom's friend... guess what is the standard question? hehehe...

Sunday
Woke up early today and headed to the CPIM class. I will have another 3 more weekend classes to complete this module i.e. Basic Supply Chain Management (BACM). I was tired after the whole day class... i managed to hit the gym for about 1.5 hrs... 45mins on x-trainer (cardio) and 45mins on chest, abs and shoulder workout. Headed back for dinner as my mom has fried noodles and cooked the purple sweet potatoes dessert... Yummy!

Two Universities in a row...

Last Tuesday, I paid a visit to MultiMedia University (MMU) near Cyberjaya attending the Technology talk. This tech talk is regarding the Multi-core Parallelism, the next generation of how the software coding could be optimized and run faster than current. To all the IT technical project manager + developers / architect, take note for your coming software product. Will blog about this later.

Today, I went to Lim Kok Weng university (LkWU) for lunch with my colleague. This was my first time visit to this University although i passes by every morning on my way to work. The University from far looks very creative... but wait till you see how fashionable the student... you definitely will not be too surprise. The student over in LKWU are so creative and fashionable. Of course this is an art based university if you would like to argue with me... anyway, it is worth to pay a visit.

I had one wing's beef burger with egg and 1 wings durian smoothies. It tasted good... :-) We sat there for nearly an hour after our meal. Of course chit chat and checking out fashionable girls and guys... :-p Back to office @ about 2pm...

110% - two days before exam...

I'm taking two days off to do my final study on the Certification on Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) before my Saturday exam... I have committed to place 110% effort to catch up with all the gaps which has been identified on my last trial exam. :-p

It has been years without taking so serious on my study... my life basically is just work! work! and work!... This is a good opportunity to upgrade myself to the next level with the certification. I was studying since 8 something this morning, my stomach is calling for food now. So decided to take a break and blog a little bit...

Anyway, back to the exam, i felt different from my University time as i didn't feel any stress on exam back in those day. But this time i feel it... I think maybe i'm not well prepare and still struggling to make use of the last two days to catch up with the study which i don't actually do it during my school day...

Anyway, I gotta to order my lunch online and hit the book again while waiting for my lunch to be delivered. Enjoy the rest of your day eh!...

ps: guess what i have for lunch? (hint: the only online order food chain in Malaysia)
