i was trying to be personal trainer yesterday night in FF-Axis... I got a Guinea Pig whom agreed to be my experiment object... hahaha... to be my workout buddy :-)
Little Grey Dot (LGD) and I was dating each other in the gym to workout together. We started with the RPM by RPMnut @ 7:45pm-8:45pm It was a fun workout for that particular hour. This was the 2nd time I attend RPMnut's class. :-)
After the class, we started our workout together with the three parts Chest workout
Free Motion machine
* Upper Chest : 3 set - 15 reps
* Mid Chest : 3 set - 10 reps
* Lower Chest : 3 set - 10 reps
Barbell chest press : 3 set 10 reps start with 10KG, 12.5KG, 17.5 KG
Bi-cep curl: 3 set 10 reps start with 20KG, 25KG, 30KG.
I was satisfied with the workout last night... after chatting with LGD this morning, found out that his muscle was soared ... yahoo!... I have successfully made LGD muscle pain :-p hiak hiak. Dude, you wanna another workout together, I will not be flying back to Kampala this weekend... still have time. BTW, thanks for pushing me too on yesterday workout eh!
Anyone wanna to be my guinea pig for tomorrow workout sessions?...
