Go WESMEN Go...

Last Saturday, when i don't know what to have for lunch in JayaOne~ I dropped by Wendy since there is the simplest and faster lunch before 2pm investment sharing. Walked over to the counter and saw a food that reminds me of the days back in Canada...

Are you a fan of basketball?

You must be wondering what is WESMEN in my post title. WESMEN is my University basketball and volleyball team. As a student, we usually get free games to watch when the team is at its HOME i.e. back in their own home ground. It was fun watching live with all the cheering, shouting and booing... etc. Not to forget we also have the vuvuzela that cheered the team.

Let me see whether i could find a youtube clip of the WESMEN playing at HOME.

What you usually have for munching when you watch sports? In Canada, we would have one glass of Labatt Ice and the food that made me think of Canada...

Nacho with Cheese
Yes~ It's nacho with cheese... Yummy eh~

Picture captured by my friend
imaging we were at the central business district of Singapore. Luckily, I never bumped into anyone that i know over there. I didn't bring my phone with me so my friend snapshot this picture to show where we were...

Let's roll the gallery and see how the zombie in action...

It's was a good experience with mud, dirt and heavy rainfall when we were running for our lives earlier as the survivors...  due to the heavy rainfall, we do not have any picture of survivors part of the run. Sad~ Anyway,
at the end of the day, we became zombie and snatched for other people lives... Survivors --> Zombies voluntarily... LoL

Buff, Lean and Flexi

The Personal Trainer (PT) who trained me since March has decided to move on and he has resigned from Fitness First One MK to pursue his new career... Air Steward.

Anyway, I changed to another PT who has even more years of experience. Last Tuesday was the first session. He was asking me what i would like to achieve. I told him...

  1. Six Packs
  2. Strong legs and bigger lower body (someone comment my upper body was too big to match with my lower body. So sad eh~ )
  3. Have a nice cut on the arms. Those drooling arm.

Then my new PT commented ... "Buff, Lean and Flexi"
He told me he wanna to plan to buff me up a bit by further reducing my current 14% fat... Usually a buff and lean person might not have a good flexibility of his body, so he also plan some exercise to strength my joint and make sure i have flexibility on my body and not walking like a ROBOT.

Before our new training chapter begins, he did two assessments on me...
  • Weight me with the electronic weighing machine that shown the % of fat etc.
  • Planned exercises with total body workout to be the benchmark of the first day.

So, i finished the all the exercises within an hour... And we marked down all the reps vs time. Like total push up within 30 sec. etc. Guess how many push up i did for 30sec? Interesting eh~

Anyway, for the whole day today i was dreaming to have RAIN's body :p

Can i achieve?
