My Personal Trainer (PT) Isaiah has signed me up for Ironmen Challenge on last Friday. I'll be going to participate the Ironmen challenge @ 6pm Fitness First Summit. The program that i'll be going through are
10 mins of 3 different cardio each (x-Trainer, Treadmill, Stepper etc)
3 different exercise in between each cardio.
This is the first time i participate in the Ironmen challenge, don't know whether i would be able to get over all the challenges that set by my Personal Trainer... will let all of you know how's the challenge goes... anyway, i'm not hoping to win just participate for fun and test myself on how much is my stamina...
