It's a team of youngster having team building in the water... hmmm... I just missed my previous company team building ... :(

hmm.. actually i never been to any of those team building things... cos maybe i'm not a team player...heeheh
i only attended once....i kinda liked it..it was fun...

I don't really like team building acivities, kinda waste my time lo. And all those games are normally very silly..
Sometimes I wonder if team building initiatives undertaken by companies are really serious and do they work...after all the fun stops?

manglish: my previous company has the team building every quarters... at least one big team building event yearly. :p

Mei Teng: i think it has minimum impact at least... from my past team building... sometime we could shorten the team forming but usually not as what the goal that we set before the team building... :p
